"Where the Money Goes"

The BRS are constantly thinking of ways to raise money for clinical research that focuses on improving the quality of life for people with chronic kidney disease

The BRS grants are awarded to multi professional teams and promote clinical research into renal disease and renal replacement therapy. So far, grants have been awarded to fund research into the quality of life of elderly patients on dialysis, cardiovascular risk in chronic renal failure and exercise training in haemodialysis patients.
